Bra harassment!

I don't know what happin but when I woke up this morning my shoulder and under my boobs were itchy red and skin looked raised like a rash?? FROM MY BRA!! I guess from all the dancing I did geees though I'm not gonna wear a sports bra although that would be ideal! It's been all day and it's still hurting! Stupid bras, burn um!
