Thin cut lean steak. Its called leaf stake in Sweden.
Cook with a teaspoon of butter.
Season with Garlic salt lemon pepper and
fresh lemon squeezed. All to taste!

grated cheese, whatever cheese you like, Jack of cheddar works.
